MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION
Currently, only residents of North Union Township are eligible for membership. Non-residents may rent the facility at the same rates as North Union Township residents (see Rental Information here). All youth sport leagues are open to the entire surrounding communities, with North Union residents paying a reduced registration fee.
The following forms detail the membership fees associated with the North Union Rec Center:
Annual Membership Application – This is the form that North Union residents must complete annually. Only North Union residents may apply for membership at this time. Completion of this form and payment of annual membership does not cover the weight room.
Weight Room Application and Fees – This is the application and associated fees for use of the weight room. We now accept Silver Sneakers
North Union Rec Center Guidelines and Rules – The North Union Rec Center will operate in compliance with, but not necessarily limited to, these rules.
